I never thought that having a broadband Internet connection would literally suck this much. It has been exactly 3 months & 2 days since the darn Internet went off and I am so freakin’ pissed off. Is this the service that I signed up for? I mean, it was working perfectly fine for the first 3 months or so and I cannot even disconnect the service because we are going to get fined. Now, how freakin’ frustrating can that possibly get? I always ask myself, “Oh man, how can it get any worse?!” I can’t enjoy the Internet at home, I can’t connect with my friends, I can’t do my job and for crying out loud, I am still paying for it monthly!! Every month I try to call their billing team to adjust the payment and it is just so F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-I-N-G.
I’ve been calling my ISP’s help desk almost everyday and I get the same BS answer all the time. “Sorry for the inconvenience sir.. etc. etc. etc.” How many times do I have to tell them that I DO NOT need their apologies. What I need is their SERVICE!
They can’t just throw all those crap at me. I happened to be a former Trouble Ticket Manager for a huge provider in the US and we make it a point that we do not allow our customers to experience such a crappy service. We offered the best service before! Service that is totally different from what I am getting right now.
I do not want to place the ISP’s name here since it may ruin their reputation. It’s just that I hate their service. Period. After I reach a year (which is 3 months from now), I swear I will be switching providers.

Well I can very well relate to you jemm, hehe. As a technical support representative myself, I always say ” I do apologize for the inconvinience….” to our customers, grrrrrrrrrr it sucks boy. I always experience problems with my DSL connection, it really sucks especially if you have to wait for DAYS or WEEK for just there so called REPRESENTATIVES to call you. I just hope that they can also give CREDITS for the INCONVINIENCES for their customers just like we do in our account. Ex: at least 1 month free of charge or a discounted monthly charge. Well I just hope that PLDT can read this!!!!!!!!!!
